From Consistency to AI: Teaching Autotrader’s AI Agent to Write Playwright Tests

This is a story about why a “human-first” testing framework was the secret to successfully scaling our AI agent’s Playwright capabilities at Autotrader. This enables us to write Playwright browser and API-based tests, monitor our core user journeys 24/7, and run them seamlessly in our GoCD pipelines.
