ATTOM’s Q1 2026 Housing Risk Report identifies the most vulnerable U.S. housing markets based on affordability, equity levels, unemployment, and foreclosure activity. Florida dominated the highest-risk list with 12 of the 50 most at-risk counties, followed by California with nine. Counties in Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin ranked among the least vulnerable markets due to lower unemployment rates and minimal foreclosure activity.
