Twenty-Five Thousand Overlays, And None Of Them Are Yours Yet

Last week I wrote about Overlay 1.2 and the fourteen jobs we already use Overlays for, and then about why an Overlay is a layer and not a diff. Both posts leaned on a number, that the APIs.io catalog holds tens of thousands of Overlay documents, and both admitted that nearly all of them are mine. There is now an Overlays section on APIs.io that makes that admission structural.
