What I Learned About JOSE on Today's OpenAPI Call

I sat in on the OpenAPI Technical Developer Community call this morning, and somewhere in the middle of a conversation about where the specification goes next, Henry Andrews stopped to explain JOSE for anyone who didn’t know it. I’m one of the people who only half knew it. I have used JWTs for years, and I have written about JSON Web Token for API message integrity, but I had never really stepped back and looked at the family the token comes from.
