American Family Insurance mobilizes resources to help customers after Wisconsin storms and tornado

American Family Insurance mobilized additional Claims team members to assist customers following severe storms that moved through Wisconsin on Monday, July 27, including a tornado that caused significant damage in parts of east-central Wisconsin, including the Appleton area. The National Weather Service declared the tornado an EF-3 after it tore through areas of Appleton, Neenah and Menasha, causing extensive damage, including downed trees and power lines, debris in streets and damage to homes and vehicles.
