Amazon Redshift announces the availability of All Upfront and Partial Upfront payment options for 1-year and 3-year reserved instances for RG instances. Reserved instances allow customers to benefit from significant savings over on-demand rates. The new payment options join the previously available No Upfront option, giving customers greater flexibility to optimize compute costs based on their financial preferences.
