Amazon Connect Customer launches the ability to interrupt an agent with an urgent contact

Amazon Connect agents can now be interrupted with urgent contacts, overriding normal routing. It allows urgent calls to ring agents on hold or in custom status, improving efficiency for time-sensitive work.
