AWS Compute Optimizer enhances EBS volume recommendations with additional performance metrics

AWS Compute Optimizer now incorporates VolumeIOPSExceededCheck and VolumeThroughputExceededCheck CloudWatch metrics into Amazon EBS volume rightsizing recommendations, signaling when workloads exceed provisioned IOPS or throughput. Available in all Regions except GovCloud and China, it gives Nitro-based EC2 customers complimentary access; Standard and Multi-Attach volumes are excluded.
