Amazon MSK Express brokers now support Intelligent Rebalancing on existing clusters

Amazon MSK Provisioned clusters running Express brokers now have Intelligent Rebalancing across all existing clusters at no extra cost, previously available only on newly created clusters. The feature automatically balances Kafka resources when scaling, monitoring for imbalance and rebalancing up to 180 times faster than Standard brokers while maintaining availability.
