Google has launched Playground , a new experimental AI gaming platform that enables users to build, play, and share custom games without requiring any programming knowledge. Released yesterday for users in the United States (ages 18+), the platform operates through a conversational interface where players simply describe their game concepts using text prompts. The AI then generates playable experiences ranging from simple mechanics to complete interactive worlds, allowing users to tweak physics, modify rules, customize characters, and overhaul environments through follow-up instructions.
