Insider selling climbed to $6.15 billion in the week of August 10, the heaviest weekly total in ten weeks, and the biggest blocks were private equity sponsors leaving at negotiated prices: Corebridge, First Advantage, OPENLANE, Savers Value Village, Life Time. Reported buying rose 70% to $501.7 million, the most in nine weeks, but nearly half of it is one holder, Bill Gates’s Cascade Investment adding $218.7 million of Republic Services. The cleanest individual signals: Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan bought $10.0 million of stock at $95.00, and John Malone added $13.6 million of Liberty Capital.
