Alif Semiconductor to Join Analog Devices

Today, Alif Semiconductor announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Analog Devices. By combining Alif’s scalable digital processing capabilities with Analog Devices’ leadership in sensing, signal processing, power, connectivity, and application software, we will be able to address customers’ most demanding system-level requirements across an even broader range of applications.
