Tariff research: citation blocks and a dataset metadata correction

The CROSS classifier benchmark and keyword-search ceiling study now offer suggested citations in plain text and BibTeX, with the original measurement dates, source pages and licenses. Correction: the CROSS study’s machine-readable dataset description still referred to the initial sample after the study expanded. It now derives attempted, answered and unanswered counts from the same summary used by the visible page.
