Aug 4 , 10:19 UTC Resolved - There was an issue connecting to conferencing rooms from 3:49 PM(IST) to 3:53 PM(IST). One of our ephemeral storage instances became unavailable which led to this situation once another instance of ephemeral storage came up this issue got resolved.
